Review by Mikesgroover

Mikesgroover The fact that this show took place at a jazz festival may have inspired the band to up their performance. The Stash is a nice example of exploration compressed into a 9-minute version, with a fast-paced, jam segment highlighted by Trey's staccato leads.

Trey introduces Hello My Baby as a song from the "gay 90s" and says "Yes, we're happy to be back in the gay 90s"

The YEM is standard.

DaReba This Julius is worth a listen for the energy and sharp , fun playing demonstrated by the whole band
CTAB is a nice tune. into another nice tune , Bouncing. I'm sure the guys were just enjoying the atmosphere for these two songs.
by the time Trey nicely segues into Stash!!! you know they are ready to stretch out a little.
This they do. Page and Fish are tremendous. Trey doesn't noodle. A straight attack with definite themes throughout . They are in full flight from the beginnng. The payoffs are many. Must listen!!!
Nice intro by trey to Hello My Baby. A curious reference to the "gay 90's" ? lol
Tight YEM
