This was my first show. I went to Canterbury school and I think the tickets were 10 bucks. Someone from the school Just dropped us off in a van. The show was in a big field. Think the stage was a flatbed trailer. Hundreds of prep school kids and a small but noticeable number of Burlington types willing to drive down to Connecticut for a free show. There were a bunch of us playing frisbee for the first set. Great vibe. The possum encore is what hooked me. I’m writing this review on the 32 anniversary of that show.
