Review by DollarBill

DollarBill What a difference a day makes! Much better show, much better sounding recording, although there was a lot of monitor feedback all throughout the first and some of the second set.

Nice Glide to open up, even with the feedback. Right into a nice Oh Kee Pa and rocking Suzy. Foam was right on. Now the rust starts to show as the intro to My Friend was a disaster, but the song itself is great. Same with Pen, blown intro but, great song. Melt is great! Horse>Silent is getting better. After reading the soundcheck list, it shows they practiced. Chalkdust rips as usual but, again Trey pulls himself out of tune a little for Lizards. Antelope is huge with a great jam, great closer!

After a Rock Lobster tease we have a, kind of rare, Sloth to start second set. They show some rust spots again here and on Divided Sky. Good energy Sky though. Esther is also more rare now and pretty good tonight. My Sweet One rips, so does Stash, and actually so does McGrupp. In fact, the whole back end of this set rips pretty good. ATR is really fast. Hood has a blown intro that sounds really cool. Golgi is a great closer. Excellent set.

Possum features Fish for a vac solo and after about nine minutes into the file you can hear Trey say, "Sing it Mike, come on..." A very long Possum but a goody.

Great show tonight overall. A lot of big ripping songs. Huge set list.
