I was excited for the first indoor show since the Salt Lake City Delta Center show in the beginning of Summer Tour. Indoor shows always bring a different, more potent vibe. Not sure if it’s the sound difference or Kuroda’s lights for both sets but indoor shows, outside of festivals, seem to...

Phish opened the 2nd show at Seattle’s Key Arena with some ambient space prior to Maze’s intro. This Maze is on point and spirited! Next we get a trio of “first time this tour” songs that represent the essence of Phish..There’s some Trey-Page interplay in Guelah Papyrus, followed by some...

The Start of the Fall tour 1995 was lacking a bit with no real feel to it, besides the Shoreline Show on 9/30. Most Shows were pretty weak. After a "decent show" the night before my expectations were high for the Second night in Seattle. Show starts out with a firing Maze then tapers off rest of...

Since this show had no reviews..I figured I'd give it a listen and write a review.. Set I: Poor Heart: Not bad for an opener..gets the show started on a fast pace...a pretty standard version... Wolfman's Brother: Still in it's infancy...doesn't stray out of the box..pretty tame..almost...

SET 1: Maze: Always wanted to see this open a show, closest I ever got was opening the second set at 10.18.95. There is a point in Page’s solo where he nearly stops altogether. Trey rips his solo, this is a solid version. Guelah Papyrus, Foam, Fast Enough for You, I'm Blue, I'm Lonesome[1],...

Notable Jam Chart Performances

Individual jam chart entries from this venue:

1995-10-02 Simple (9:21) Set 2
Rocking outro turns serene and dreamy, then grows creepy and dissonant, and > to "Keyboard Army."
Near silence at the beginning of the jam, then listen carefully at 4:45 as Fish delicately and musically adds his Electrolux to the mix. The jam then kicks up several notches, and like 6/15/95, Fish seems to up the tempo slightly to add energy and power to this very fine version.
