This is quite possibly one of the best shows of Early 1.0 Phish. I think it is only one set long because they were so good that they overheated the building. Probably their best show from the periods 1983-April 16th, 1992. Now let me lay this set out for you in all of it's brilliance....

Quite a few interesting things in this show, including a good, ripping Sloth and Divided Sky, an Alumni Blues with kind of a Camel Walk feel to it, a groovy Whipping Post and an excellent Bowie. The highlight for me, though, was Sanity. Holy Sanitydust Torture! I had no idea Sanity ever...

Notable Jam Chart Performances

Individual jam chart entries from this venue:

1989-04-27 Jam (2:11) Set 1
"String Changing Nature" jam is a jazzy one featuring Page, Fish and Mike, plus some Trey while he tunes his guitar.
1989-04-27 Divided Sky (12:32) Set 1
Machine Gun Trey aptly named. Great early and seriously rocking version.
