This was actually a raggae festival that had several bands preceding Phish. You can see the Jamaican flag that hung from the pavillion above the band in the video. I spent most of their set just behind and to the right of the center camera angle, up the hill slightly.

WOW I love this one! my dad use to play me this VHS back when I was like 5! the whole show is pretty much standard 1990 phish but its cool to hear these songs played with such a fun whimsical approach.
