thelot Absolutely gorgeous audience recording for this one!! Cool to here an audience recording from the legendary Front! This sounds like an On Stage recording. Very very nice! Thank you mystery taper whoever you are!

Things kick off with a nice Runaway Jim. Guelah sounds like it’s a half step slower than the previous versions. Good stuff! Tweezer is spectacular! They close this one out with the original ending. Esther is played perfectly. Another fine version of Destiny. Tape flip after Destiny. A couple cuts at the start of Reba? Strong Reba. Well played versions of Foam and Golgi to round out set 1.

Trey starts the set off by teasing Entrance to the Gladiators. The hi hat hijinx features a finger scrape and some secret language. Fantastic Bowie. Page takes another solo in Coil. Landlady, Cavern and Mango are all well played. Nice Melt. The jam features a brief Buried Alive tease. Tape flip after SOAM. Interesting feedback at the end of Bouncin’. A hot Suzy closes out the set. Fun to hear the song requests before the encore. “China Cat!” “That’s not Jerry!!!” lol A solid Jesus Left segues into an inspired BBFCFM. Sick! The taper even records the outro music, Ray Charles “Hit the Road Jack”.
