These were my first Deercreek shows and all I can say is WOW. What energy and what great people everywhere. The encore of the first night was simply incredible. As soon as Trey came out with that megaphone the place erupted and I think everyone knew what was about to happen. What was crazy is that our group was talking about a Fee with a megaphone and how great it would be but never expected it to happen.

I was a bit surprised that night 2 did not go into a much darker show especially in the second set being Fri 13th and all but there are no complaints here and I am quite happy that Phish will pretty much play what Phish wants and still aren't very predictable. Everyone was expecting at least a Frankenstein but it did not happen. So many were talking about a Harpua>Thriller as well but again did not happen but all in all it was still a fantastic night 2 but night 1 still wins out for me! This is one happy/tired Phish fan. I don't think I have ever perspired that much in 48 hours in my whole life but it was well worth every drop. Until we meet again on fall tour!
