Soundcheck: Funky Bitch (this soundcheck is incomplete)
SET 1: Divided Sky, Wilson[1], It's Ice > Fee[2] > All Things Reconsidered, The Sloth > Paul and Silas > Horn > Reba[3], Sweet Adeline[4], Sample in a Jar
SET 2: Demand > Run Like an Antelope, Halley's Comet > The Curtain > McGrupp and the Watchful Hosemasters > Simple -> Sanity > Llama, Dog Faced Boy[5], Poor Heart[5], Cavern[6], Carolina[4], Down with Disease
ENCORE: Rocky Top
Two nights before GameHoist, the boys elect to mix up the setlist for the second set with a few chestnuts from the Nectar's days, Halley's > Curtain > McGrupp. Trey starts the riff to Simple in a slightly lower key than usual, which fits with the song's loose arrangement (they would tighten this one up between tours). Sanity is also in a different key than usual, and the weirdness continues into a raging Llama that includes Trey yelling along to the notes he is playing - reminds me of the Tasmanian Devil from Looney Toons

pretty solid '94 type show, solid playing throughout, really nice zest from the band. seek out this Reba if nothing else, this shit is HOT. The Antelope is a scorcher as well, previous reviewer is spot on with the First Tube-esque section, although it doesn't last long, and probably serves as a set up for the Disease licks. The show notes mention a 'disease-style jam segment', but it's Disease in the flesh from Trey for a few measures. Really fun antelope, hell of a way to get the second set going. Hear this Reba post haste!

Start around 13:10 (LP time) when the texture of the jam changes. By 13:40 the similarity is evident, and this rolls for a full minute until it flows into the DWD-style jam.
