This gig was part of the University of Oregon’s annual Earth Week celebration; to celebrate, inflatable globes were thrown around the audience. Page teased Dixie in Divided Sky. Antelope included Stash teases from Trey. Fish played trombone on Wilson prior to and during the Secret Language Instructions. The Simpsons, All Fall Down, Turn Turn Turn, and Random Note signals were introduced and Page teased Call to the Post during the Instructions, with the Random Note signal separately explained before the end of Wilson. YEM included a Simpsons signal and the vocal jam included a Sneakin' Sally through the Alley quote.

I'm not usually one to care too much about less-than-perfect playing but this first set is pretty off. It's exacerbated by the recording which has the guitar and bass way out in front of everything else. Divided Sky does sound off but it's interesting too. The last few minutes of Stash are pretty fun. Suzy is a mixed bag. The band seems... tired? Second Set starts off better. Glide and Antelope are pretty good. I enjoyed the rest of the set as well. Not the tightest playing but it's all fun. Good songs, secrete language, a rollicking enough Y.E.M. Mike's playing in Y.E.M. isn't well served by the recording but it's all right. The Vocal Jam is really good. The party portion of the show is very fun and charming. A perfectly good if middle of the road 1992 second set to my ears.

I would like to comment on the review here by @DollarBill. It is sad that the digital copies of this show are missing the Reba. This Reba is simply amazing. I used to have it on tape (SBD), and would play it over and over. It was up there with 2/20/93 and 10/31/94. I truly hope the beginning of this show finds its way back into the digital world, as the Reba DESERVES to be heard in all it's glory.

Sparkle fades in and is just Sparkle. Guelah is fine. Divided Sky starts the sloppiness off, Trey and Mike all night long. Mound, sloppy Mike. Stash is ok, but also has some slop. Suzy is ok.
Glide also has some noise in it, and includes evil laughing in the bridge part. Rift has more slop. The only thing remotely interesting about this show is the language explanation during a subsequently sloppy Wilson. It's like it took so long Mike forgot the song! Sounds like a tape flip into YEM which is good considering the rest of the show. Poor Heart is pretty standard. Hell, even Rosie is sloppy tonight! And Harpua, which has a great Fish motivated story, is not very tight either. Jim is a good closer just like a few nights ago.
Encores are good tonight. A-Train has a nice Mike solo, Rocky Top is standard.
All in all a very sloppy show this night. Not sure if I would have been as turned on by them if this was my first show. We'll see if they recover tommorrow!
