Soundcheck: The Man Who Stepped Into Yesterday > Avenu Malkenu > The Man Who Stepped Into Yesterday, The Asse Festival, Eliza
SET 1: The Landlady, Possum[1], The Lizards, Foam, Uncle Pen, Llama, The Squirming Coil, The Asse Festival, I Didn't Know, Mike's Song > I Am Hydrogen > Weekapaug Groove
SET 2: Suzy Greenberg > Divided Sky, Tweezer > The Oh Kee Pa Ceremony, Dinner and a Movie > Bouncing Around the Room, You Enjoy Myself[2] > Big Black Furry Creature from Mars[3]
ENCORE: Jesus Just Left Chicago[3], Fire[3]
The sound check here is kind of interesting with its Eliza that appears to have been crossed with Foam, and a bass intro from Mike the 2nd time through taboot. But enough of the soundcheck, it's time for ENGLISH BEAT WITH THE SPECIALS!!!! What? Oh, that's next week. Sorry. The Phish from Vermont! First set is fairly average. Some flubbage in Possum (which finishes strong) and Foam. A slowed-down version of Llama, which I kind of like, but it doesn't have the typical "taboot" ending, just the chorus repeated several times. Also, there is an extended drum intro to Asse Festival, which is interesting.
