    Steve joined Phish on banjo for bluegrass standards “The Old Home Place,” “Ginseng Sullivan” and “Nellie Kane” in Louisville, KY on 10/10/94. Cooley, also a guitarist, is probably best known as a member of The Dillards from 1984 to 1992.
